MY STORY
I used to live in survival mode. I was a workaholic who would skip meals, forget to exercise, and had no time for hobbies or rest. I thought that if I just worked harder and did more, I’d eventually find balance and success. On the outside, I might have looked successful—achieving goals and staying busy. But behind the scenes, my life was kinda falling apart. My physical and mental health, my relationships, and my overall spark for life were taking a toll because I was so caught up in the pursuit of perfection.
The turning point came when I realized that doing more wasn’t the answer; I needed to focus on doing things differently. So, I created the Days Build Dreams framework to set meaningful goals and build daily habits that would actually get me closer to my long-term goals by making incremental progress each day.
Have 100% mastered time management or totally overcome my perfectionism? Nope! Do I still get tired? Absolutely! But now my exhaustion comes from LOVING everything I do! My habits are healthier and I have time for fun; time for my people. Now I get to help overachievers go from overscheduled to open & organized so they can pursue their biggest dreams, one day at a time.
